I missed bootcamp last week because when you wake up to rain coming down sideways outside your bedroom window, its just not inspiring.  But this morning I was so excited to get moving again, I’d really missed bootcamp after having a week off.  Sometimes its healthy to give yourself a little break from your routine, as long as you can get back into it and not sack it off altogether.  This morning was warm and sunny, perfect conditions for anything outside.  We did three mini circuits with three exercises in each one which we had to repeat three times over.  Lots of kettle bells, arm work, leg work and of course, core work.  Looking forward to tomorrows bootcamp!
