Another year coming to a close!  2012 has been amazing but 2013 is set to be even bigger and better!  Here are a few of my favourite bits from the past year… 🙂

The London Boat Show kicked off my 2012.  I LOVED riding in the girls demo and it was a real treat to ride inside in the middle of January and the System 2 was so fun to play on!

Its amazing what one photoshoot can do! Photos from the pool gap shoot at Wakestock 2011 were used for the TID cover shot, the girls Mystic Clothing tags, and also a window vinyl!  Definitely stoked and definitely a highlight.

Wakesurfing came into my life!  If you haven’t tried it, get on it.  So much fun!!

Euro Surftrip… one week of great waves, one week of tiny waves.  Its always fun though.  Looking forward to heading away in April 2013!

Competition wise, this season has been a little different for me.  However I did enter Spring into Season at JB Ski and was stoked with 2nd place!  I’ve managed to end the year with 5th overall in the National Rankings!  Happy Days.

Hot weather.. yes we had a few ‘skins’ days which any UK rider will cherish!

Hawaii!!  This was an incredible trip and one that I’ll never forget.  I did so much fun stuff out there and can’t wait to go back!

Fun times at Boardmasters with Nalu Beads!  Its always amazing to hang out with Nalu Beads and the other Team Riders, we always have girly fun!

We had a Dragon Team Day with all the UK riders from all the different sports.  It was good to meet other riders and just hang out by a lake all day, riding and BBQ’ing!

          

I hosted my first ever Girls Day this year!!  It was a little scary but I’m pleased I did!

I had so much fun and I can’t wait to do more in 2013! 🙂

This year the Ladies Mornings at WakeMK have been super fun!  I want to say a big thank you to all the ladies who got involved, and I hope to see you all on the water in the New Year!

The biggest and bestest thing that happened to Jon and I this year was adding to our little family.  We are so excited to be meeting our newbie in just a couple of weeks!

Ok it might not be my first tree, but its the first tree I’ve put up in my own home!  I always decorate the tree at my folks house, its tradition and I love it.  I never had a tree at University (student lifestyle = not paying for one, not there over the holidays….) and when I moved out from home, I lived in a one bedroom apartment and would spend Christmas with the family, so no need for a tree.  But now I have a new house and therefore, room for a real live Christmas tree!!  I love it 🙂
