My second training session with Kurup Fit was just as hard as the first! I had to do squats, arms lifts AND more sit ups. The good news is that I’ve progressed and can do a minutes worth of sit ups! Winning! The bad news is that I still have a long way to go before I’m at the level I want to be. Here are some piccies 🙂
