Catch up

What a busy few days, so busy that I haven’t even blogged!  Mid week riding at Club Wake, then I had my final assessment for my Wakeboard Coaching Level 3, which I passed with flying colours so I’m stoked on that.  A family filled weekend with sleepless nights due to a sick toddler followed by the last workshop for my course – I’m now savvy on the ways of the wake skate.  And of course more workouts! 


Get moving | Get motivated

This week was no different; I did my two days of buggy bootcamp as usual.  Yesterday wasn’t looking good as it was hammering it down with rain just before I had to leave the house, but as I know, I always feel better after a workout, it just sets me up right for the day.  I feel more motivated to do more with my day once I get the blood pumping and get my sweat on – I’m a believer that the busier you are, the more productive you are, so the more I cram into my day, the more I get done.  Anyway, I’m glad I went, as they had my favourite – the battle ropes!  Hope you get moving this week 🙂

Billabong ACTIVE

I love days when I get little goodies arriving, and yesterday was one of those days!  I received my new Billabong ACTIVE pack which contained everything I need to have a great workout!  A fabulous sports bra, gym leggings, training shorts and a fantastic mizu water bottle (a company that was set up my Jussi Oksanen when he wanted a safe and durable water bottle).  I workout out in my new gear this morning and I’m stoked on it.  Its super comfortable and lets you move how you want to with no restrictions or discomfort!  Brighten up your workouts by getting your mitts on some of this hot new ACTIVE wear, it will have you setting your alarm and kicking off the covers… get yourself on training mode!
