I know I haven’t blogged for about a week but I’ve been super busy with assessments, Nationals, rail comps, wake surfing, photo shoots and filming, development camps and coaching. I’ve also got another rail comp this Saturday… I’ll get back on here soon I promise! xx
This week I got back into bootcamp which I was grateful for – a week away and you really notice the difference in your fitness levels. We did on a full body workout, however, I particularly loved the throwback to some of the more retro moves of yesteryear to focus on our glutes. Cindy Crawford – Buns of Steel – here we come!
