Step it | Workout

Its wasn’t hammering it down this morning in MK!  My neighbour and I braved the cold (with colds) to get out our houses and get moving.  We had a few new exercises today which is always fun and keeps things fresh.  I especially enjoyed the step exercises as I’m not accustom to them.  Also thrown in the mix were some kettle bell squats with over head raises which gets the whole body engaged.  Today we got to box as well, favourite!  So still not 100% but feel so much better for getting out!
