Workout Time!!

Last weekend I had another training session with Kurup Fit.  It was chilly but sunny – great conditions for some outside circuits!  After a good warm up, we went through two different circuits focussing on everything, arms, body and legs.  The thing I like is that Sharm always mixes it up, so this week we used free weights, elastic bands to simulate rowing, and kettlebells.  After working out for as much as I could, we finished off the session with a warm down.  This is my favourite part as you get stretched out which is very relaxing!  Looking forward to my next session in two weeks time! 🙂
