Good morning first workout of 2014!! That was a challenge today, lots of shuttles including sprints, lunges, squats, burpies, sit ups and push ups – and getting progressively harder each lap. I’ll definitely be feeling it tomorrow!
2013 | My Favourites
As another year comes to a close I love to look back and reflect on what I’ve been up to. Whether its an accomplishment or an absolute fail, I think its important to take a moment to take stock of the year so I can be clearer moving forward.
So starting as I mean to go on, here are some of my favourite positives from 2013, hope you enjoy! x

…. and thats it! My 2013 in a nutshell. Its been a year filled with many ups and downs, but its still been incredible. Thank you to everyone who has supported me, on and off the water. You’ve been amazing xx
Home Workout
Exercise is the last thing on my mind over Christmas but I woke up today and felt the need for a good ol’ home workout! I jumped at the chance while the baby was down for a nap and I had an hour to myself! I dusted off my kettle bell and swiss ball and got to it.
Arm workout with an 8kg kettle bell.
Kettle bell push ups | alternate the sides.
Stomach crunches on the swiss ball.
Push ups with the swiss ball | great core strengthening!
Now thats done, I gotta go scrub up, do my hair and make up, and make sure my dress is good to go as its my Dad’s 60th Birthday today and we’re all heading to a lovely black tie dinner. Yum! xx
