Its Monday and I’m usually raring to go but it would seem the cold virus has struck again, so I’m just hanging around the house trying to recover. Cabin fever is setting in as I was house bound all day Sunday as well!!

Buggy Bootcamp
This morning we mixed it up a little by splitting the usual 10 station circuit into two smaller five station circuits. We did each one three times – one was based on cardio and the other was based on resistance training. I like the latter as I personally am not a huge fan of the pure cardio, but its gotta be done! A double bonus was that I hit my squat challenge quota for the day – 75 squats!
