Buggy Bootcamp again yesterday and today.  Us Mums worked it!  We did 10 stations, 10 different exercise, hammering each exercise for 45seconds at a time.  We did the circuit three times over with a mini break in between each one (not a real mini break, in our dreams; just a few sips of water and time to adjust the babies).  It was a beautiful morning which made it highly enjoyable!  Get out there Mums and get moving xx
