not having to think about exercise or what I ate, or what I drank for that matter. Do you remember what it was like to never get a hangover?? Just as well, I’d have failed my degree otherwise. Words to the wise, as you and your body get on a bit… take care of it, what you do physically and what you fuel it with. The more you get into at a younger age, the easier it’ll be to stay in shape in the future! xx
