Buggy Bootcamp

This morning we mixed it up a little by splitting the usual 10 station circuit into two smaller five station circuits.  We did each one three times – one was based on cardio and the other was based on resistance training.  I like the latter as I personally am not a huge fan of the pure cardio, but its gotta be done!  A double bonus was that I hit my squat challenge quota for the day – 75 squats!

Surf | Wall | Love

Whats on my walls?  A whole lot of surf love!  Seeing as we don’t get in the water half as much as we’d like, we have a constant daily reminder that we always need to be saving up and booking the next surf trip, its a great motivator to not get that Friday night take-away or that extra item of clothing… coz the sooner we do the sooner we be surfin’! xxSONY DSCSONY DSC
