Pulse it

Bootcamp today was hard!  Four stations, 60 seconds for each exercise and repeated three times.  Then same again but with the four exercises changed out for different ones. One of them was pulsing squats.  I’ve not done these for a while and let me tell you, they are hard!!  Especially as they were mixed in with walking lunges AND after a pretty full on cardio / quad workout yesterday!  Anything for buns of steel!  😀
