I have embarked on a 30 day squat challenge, just to see what its all about!  So far I’ve already forgotten one day but made up for it the next..  I need to have it pinned up on my fridge perhaps. 

I’ve been mixing it up depending on how I’ve been feeling, heres how: 

Normal squats that rely on your own body weight for when I’m not feeling too up for it. 

SONY DSCSquats on a half balance ball so my whole body has to engage as its an unstable surface.

Squats with a kettle bell to reeeeeally get those quads and glutes burning!

I like an 8kg for these.
