My Autumn Necessities

Not to put a downer on things but it’s starting to get a little chillier in the evenings now that they are drawing in slowly.  I’m a summer person through and through, I would much rather be in a bikini than wrapped up.  However, I do love a crisp English bluebird day when the trademark blanket of grey lets up over the UK.

Here are a few things that will be helping me through this, hopefully sunny, Autumn!

          

Anything with Tribal or Native American print on it, T’s, jackets, cosy jumpers… LOVE!!

          

Accessories!  Dragon sunnies, always needed in the winter months for driving when the sun is low in the sky.  Also the new Cornish Nalu Beads in amazing new colours!

          

Booties, I am in love with these little ones!  Also my Mystic poncho, if you haven’t got one, you should definitely invest, great way of keeping warm waterside, also great for car park changing while surfing..

Whether its wakeboarding, surfing or wakesurfing, I’m sure there will be a little water action in there somewhere as well 🙂

Dragon Day

Dragon recently had a UK Team Gathering which was held at Dragon rider Jack Hammersley’s lake.  It was a super fun day where all the different teams got to meet each other and ride boat all day!  It was full of BBQ’s, beer and boat riding 🙂

Training Session

This week I had a training session with my PT, Sharm from KURUP FIT.  Its been a while since I’ve had one as things have been pretty hectic recently!  I was so excited to train, especially because the sun was out and we were overlooking the lake, which we had just shredded!

I did a warm up and then Sharm took me through a couple of different circuits focussing on the main areas: legs, core and arms.  We did lots of kettlebell work, squats, arm weights and lots more… it was really fun and she really pushed me!  I know I worked hard as I woke up the following morning aching all over, the squats got me the most as my the top of my legs and buns still ache four days on!  Better get my next session booked in… Thanks Sharm 🙂
