N A T I O N A L S

I loved the Nationals this year.  It was a really chill event with good vibes all round.  I usually get extremely nervous before my heats, but this year I was looking forward to it as I was just happy to be riding and (I shouldn’t really say this, but) I didn’t really mind where I placed… Which is a first.  I could have ridden better as always, and practiced harder but I wasn’t upset with my performance and I came 6th overall.  Great event this year, thanks JB!

I know I haven’t blogged for about a week but I’ve been super busy with assessments, Nationals, rail comps, wake surfing, photo shoots and filming, development camps and coaching.  I’ve also got another rail comp this Saturday…  I’ll get back on here soon I promise! xx

This week is pretty intense for me with so much going on…

On Thursday I have my final assessment for my Level 3 Wakeboard Coaching Course (that I’ve been working on for a year and a half!).  So I’m spending my week frantically tidying up my coursework.

Friday and Saturday are the British Cable Wakeboard Nationals down at JB Ski which are always nerve-racking but fun all rolled into one.

Sunday is the Plastic Playground qualifier comp (no ladies category here, riding with the guys!)

I’m going to need a large glass of red wine by Sunday evening… wish me luck!
