N O R O P E | N O H O P E

This week I was loving the arm workouts again.  Loads of different exercises: push ups, tricep dips, kettle bells, boxing and the latest addition to the morning sessions… ropes!  I’d never used ropes before to workout with but I loved it and can’t wait to use them again!

B L A H H H

This morning I did not want to go to bootcamp.  It was grey and raining, still is for that matter.  However, I know myself and I know that I feel much better after I train; so thats what I did.  I got my workout gear on, met up with my workout buddies and blasted(ish) through some circuits.  After my workout, I had some food and a quick shower and now I feel much much better 🙂
