This week I got back into bootcamp which I was grateful for – a week away and you really notice the difference in your fitness levels.  We did on a full body workout, however, I particularly loved the throwback to some of the more retro moves of yesteryear to focus on our glutes. P U N C H | I T

As you know I attend bootcamp twice a week, well you should do – I bang on about it enough.  I go to said bootcamp for three reasons: to get out of the house with my little one, to get my ass moving, and mainly to catch up with some mum mates.  Well I loved it yesterday because the boxing gloves and punching bag combo made a rare appearance. Always a good time as us mums love a good punch.  We sure can throw ’em too.

HOT HOT HOT

Bootcamp was HOT this week, we were working out in abnormally sweltering heat at 9:30 in the morning.  Just for the record I am loving this weather – I hope it stays until the end of September.  Fun times were had as we busted our asses around the playground.
