Todays workout was jam packed full of ab exercises: sit ups, lower ab work, bicycles, plank, ab twists… it was all going on. Gonna feel that one tomorrow!

This morning I did not want to go to bootcamp. It was grey and raining, still is for that matter. However, I know myself and I know that I feel much better after I train; so thats what I did. I got my workout gear on, met up with my workout buddies and blasted(ish) through some circuits. After my workout, I had some food and a quick shower and now I feel much much better 🙂
