and I’ll be here!!!!!  Words can’t even explain how excited I am – I’ll be walking this walk soon!  Bring on the sun, sand and sea.  My first duck dive is going to feel epic!  Ocean, get on my body! xx

Well I’m not that hardcore, but I did do my buggy bootcamp this morning in the rain, which is pretty good for me as I’d usually stay tucked up on the sofa.  I got soaked through while Ethan watched on in amusement from the comfort of his waterproof buggy.  I’ve also started a 30 day squat challenge (yesterday) as well and because there were ample of them in todays session, I’ve hit my daily quota!  Bonus!  

Another week another buggy bootcamp!  Every week its different to keep it interesting and so also our bodies don’t get used to the same movements and motions.  One thing I LOVE is the boxing which is such a great little workout!
