Yesterday I did another buggy bootcamp. This week was focussed on more of a traditional bootcamp style where we were all doing the same exercises at the same time. We had running, push ups, squat thrusts, tricep dips, step ups and much more. It totally pushed me and my quads are feeling it today!

Foggy Fitness
Another Tuesday another workout! This morning it was 0 degrees when I left the house, but also foggy which made everything look beautiful, therefore less difficult to actually leave the house. We did three big circuits with 10 different stations in each. We also had skipping introduced today which was hard, if you’ve had a baby – you’ll understand! Great fun as usual, looking forward to tomorrows buggy bootcamp!
