Its National Siblings Day over in the Sates today and seeing as we lived out there when we were little, I’d just like to do a shout out to my amazing brother! 🙂 xx

Delayed workout blog but thats the way it goes sometimes! Bootcamp on Tuesday was fun, another new exercise – sandbagging! We had to do shuttles with a 15kg sandbag while lifting it and throwing it down at every interval.. felt like some sort of military training. Thumbs up though 🙂
Roll with the punches
I had a fabulous time with a punching bag today. The punching bag was a new addition to buggy bootcamp this morning. We don’t use the boxing gloves that often, but they are definitely my favourite when they do show up. A great stress relief. 🙂
