Morning Workout

Last week I had a horrible cold so working out was the last thing on my mind, but this morning I was back on it at buggy bootcamp.  It was hard today though, its amazing how quickly your fitness levels can drop in a week.  We did circuits with lots of runs, burpies, squats, kettle bells and much more.  Its good for Ethan too, he finds it highly amusing while I’m doing star jumps in front of him!

Pinterest

If you haven’t already got into Pinterest, give it a go!  Once you start pinning you’ll never look back.  Its a great source of ideas, just like searching google images but you can save what you’ve looked really easily on a ‘board’ that you’ve created.  Its perfect if you’re forgetful like me as you can always go back to your images in a couple of clicks!
