Another week another buggy bootcamp! Every week its different to keep it interesting and so also our bodies don’t get used to the same movements and motions. One thing I LOVE is the boxing which is such a great little workout!

To make a thicker bracelet (in white), you’ll need five 1 meter strands of thong. Keep the usual going in the middle (a 1 meter piece folded in half to knot around) and then carry on braiding with two pieces of thong on each side to create a thicker chunkier look!
