It was a great day to be training outside!  It was warm for once and so we heading down to the river in Kingston for todays session.  Sharm mixed it up today so instead of circuits, she timed me doing different exercises and also pushed me to see how many repetitions I could do.  It was a brilliant session and I was totally knackered after!
